How long will it take to get my order?
You should receive your order in 2 - 5 business days. Most international orders are received within 2 - 3 weeks. We cannot control the local customs in your country, therefore some orders may take longer. We advise clients to check whether the ingredients of the product you order will pass through the customs in your country.
Is the package discreet?
Yes, all orders are shipped in discreet packaging. The package will either be in a padded envelope or a silver special delivery bag, depending on your ordering requirements.

I did not receive an email confirmation
You should receive confirmation with 24 hours of placing your order. If you do not receive confirmation this means either your order was not successfully completed or you used a different or invalid email address when you signed up. Check with your credit card company to make sure you were not charged and try to reorder.
